Hi. I am new to Xweb (and just got my first x1/9) and could use some guidance. I got a set of NIB original 1969 BWA alloy wheels that are 13" x 5.5" (they are 4x98) and want to dress her up with new rubber. I gather from some other posts that I could find here that I may have some concerns...

...and becoming next to impossible to get, what 14" wheels/tires can one get that require no fender/wheelwell modification? I would like something for the X 1/9 that just bolts on and works. I'm pretty sure 15" wheels/tires require structural mods, so I'd rather not consider those. Any ideas?

I have an original limited use Firestone spare tire off of an X, don't know what year. I bought it for the rim. I got to thinking maybe someone out in X land wants to keep their car all original and an original spare tire might be of interest. If not, off to the tire store it goes to be...
