Changing rear factory speakers

It’s hard to tell but I hand shaped the grills and they protrude above the new puffy deck.

View attachment 29790Do you have details on the actual raw sheet you used here? I’m looking to do something very similar but am having a hard time making the decision to cut up my back shelf vinyl.

In case anyone wants an easy way out, i just "installed" these surface mounted speakers on the back shelf to back up the 4" speakers in the door. Only running off the head so it's not a booming set up but sounds very good on local streets. No cutting required! They're Boss AVA 6200 speakers. Just fit.
