Well, chopping the manifold up is just not an option for me. If I can't make it work I can always punt and get a PRB off ebay or something.

you can try excessive intake manifold k20 , the way i see it, its fire wall cutting rbc cutting or prb without cutting i still had to cut but its due to the intercooler pipes

RBC mani would fit with more cutting to the panel opening to increase height and the edge of the fuel tank firewall. You can make the tank fit if you knock in the upper right corner.

Tim, thanks for the info.
I finally found a photo of one of your cars that shows the cut with the RBC in place and I think I can make it work. I think this is actually an aftermarket manifold but about the same size and orientation.

Is there really a bunch of power to be gained to make the extra effort worthwhile?
It seems like this would also keep the TB mounting directly to the manifold as intended, so I imagine it would flow much better than with the plenum extension tube.
