Old enough to know better
Such awful rims, you really should get rid of them. Let me know when they are on the curb.On the way to the shop.
Looks great!

Yeah I became somewhat addicted to the place while living in Germany 2002-2005... have been back a few times since but vast majority of laps were done then. Vids here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1M_Wh0xPbFr6IFbbzHtlUdjgwgdIhM6MGood pendulum effect once they start to spin. You've don 300 laps, wow.
really cool car, man!My 82 X
Looks like it just came out of the showroom! Thanks to this forum (!), MWB and eurosport-uk, my X1/9 is ready to go and 100%. It is a Californian early injection car (1980) and completely stock. 128ASO 00133117 original plate number 1ACU698. First owner was Michael Blatt living in Fillmore sold by salesman Vince Strand 'Jerry Roth Service Dept.' 15019 S Western Ave Gardena (CA). If i will ever sell it i l try to ship it back because it is legal to drive in California. In 2004 it went to Germany (via Ernie's Automotive Service 460 W Ventura St, Fillmore, CA 93015) and is since 2021 with me in The Netherlands. Also special thanks to Kevin (79X19) who took great effort sending me a seat belt buckle which was not available in Europe.View attachment 75956View attachment 75953View attachment 75954View attachment 75955
Well, it is not that perfect at all. But the appearance and originality is, i think, what it makes look like that. Thanks.(O, it has only 25000 miles.)Looks like it just came out of the showroom!
Hello, being nosy, where is the shop that is working on your car?Another view of the lorry. You could fit 2 groups of 4 Xs on it.
Also, it’s now all nice and comfy with it’s Italian siblings at the shop.View attachment 74645View attachment 74646
